Based in Amarillo, Western Builders is one of the largest commercial contractors in the Texas Panhandle. Our success has been built on delivering superior service to clients before, during and after construction. Over 85% of the work we perform is for repeat clients. The value we place on relationships with owners, design professionals, and subcontractors is what defines us and sets us apart as exceptional.
Western Builders was established in 1955 and incorporated in 1973. Although our primary focus is building and improving structures in the central United States, we have impacted communities across the country from California to Georgia. Our diverse portfolio includes educational campuses (K-12 and higher education), retirement and medical facilities, industrial and distribution buildings, commercial and retail structures, religious establishments and a number of other unique industries such as aviation and cheese production.
Western Builders takes great pride in the work we perform, and we understand the product we produce is a direct reflection of who we are. The excellent services we provide are reflections of our uncompromising commitment to Building Relationships through our Core Values of Excellence, Integrity, Experience and Ingenuity.
At Western Builders, we work to make a personal connection with our clients in order to guarantee our estimating, scheduling and construction management expertise can provide the absolute best value. Before beginning any project, we first educate ourselves about owner-specific needs and requirements to ensure all expectations are effectively captured and completely satisfied. Early involvement to ensure alignment between the project’s scope and budget, experienced input into material and system selections, and effective phasing/project scheduling are just a few ways we help to enhance value and save money for our clients.
